Join Dr Nathan Castle, an expert in evidence-based therapeutic practices, for a focused professional development session on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). With advanced training in CBT, ACT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing, Nathan tailors his approaches to individual needs, ensuring effective outcomes. As the prior Chief Science and Evaluation Officer at NovoPsych, and a member of the International Centre for Clinical Excellence, he is passionate about data-driven mental health treatment. Nathan continues his work in data driven client work at his practice, Psychology Outcomes Geelong. This 2-hour online session will delve into CBT-I with a focus on older adolescents, adults, and older adults, equipping psychologists with practical skills to enhance their practice.
